Empowering Lives, Enabling Futures

From a single act of service to a movement that has changed 10,000+ lives — the story of Dr. Zeeshan Ramlan is a testament to what empathy in action can achieve.

While working in HR at a global company, Zeeshan was asked to help just two schools get clean drinking water. His response? A creative fundraiser that ended up supporting 15 schools in just one month. That spark of purpose led him to establish the Ramlan Foundation in 2013 — built on the belief that service must be unconditional, and rooted in dignity.

What started as a personal initiative has grown into over 100 community programs, from sponsoring students and running mental health support to empowering women, rebuilding lives post-pandemic, and championing inclusion across India.

Zeeshan’s impact also extends into the corporate world — launching an award-winning girl-child education initiative, supporting small businesses during COVID, and creating the world’s first indoor corporate sports zone for persons with disabilities.
